The Reporting Project is your trusted source for local news in Licking County, and we are grateful for your support.
This homegrown, nonprofit news source is produced by students and faculty in the Denison University Journalism Program. We report and write breaking news, in-depth stories about important topics, personality profiles, arts and entertainment features and occasional features about fascinating athletes from local sports teams.
We do all of this reporting about people and places toward the goal of helping Licking County residents get to know their neighbors better, to fill gaps in local and regional news coverage, and to ensure that Licking County does not become a “news desert” lacking independent news coverage.
Your financial support allows us to pay our student staff members, because their work has value and is above and beyond their classroom assignments. It also pays for web hosting services, technical support and an occasional printed edition.
