Denison’s Ann and Thomas Hoaglin Wellness Center broadly defines wellness to include mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects. We help students recognize the positive power of sleep, nutrition, and movement, and we’ve expanded the support and services available on The Hill to include interactive workshops, mindfulness opportunities, and financial wellness coaching.
